SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We try and provide free shipping on most of our products. There are some products, or destinates, for which we may charge a shipping fee, however, we will make you aware of that BEFORE purchase so there are no surprises.

We also believe it's important to upcycle where we can. As a result, we often reuse packaging to ensure our footprint is as small as possible. That said, we don't compromise on packaging your products well, so we'll retire a box when it's lived a fulfilling life. So don't be surprised if your product arrives in another company's package! 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

We want everyone to be happy with their products. If for any reason you are unhappy, please contact us so we can make arrangements to return, replace, or find another amenable solution to your situation. Please contact us before returning your order so we know to look for it.

 

We cannot accept returns for items that have noticeable signs of abuse, or items that are designated "wear" items that have not prematurely broken.

We do not expect you to pay for shipping on items that have failed or were received in error. If you ordered the incorrect item we may ask you to pay for return shipping.

Ultimately we want to work with you. Don't hesitate to contact us if you feel we can do better in serving you.
